The most common reasons for refusals when placing trade orders are:

1. Insufficient free cash on the necessary market - you need to make sure that the previously submitted orders are executed and the required amount of cash is in the free balance in the relevant market;
2. The order is placed when the exchanges are closed;
3. The identity document has expired or will expire within the next 30 days.
