• replacing old issues with new issues and/or soliciting bondholders’ consent  to amend terms and conditions of outstanding bonds).

• Maintenance of M&A and Private Equity projects including deal structuring and (if necessary) conversion into a joint-stock company.
• Preparation and brokerage maintenance of share sale on stock exchange (if necessary).
• Financial consulting is usually a part of financing services but can also be considered independently.

• Financial consulting and underwriting services upon issuance, listing, and placement of securities on the Astana International Financial Centre.

• Financial monitoring of issuer.
• Control over issuer’s compliance with commitments to bondholders.
