Halyk Finance is looking for Macroeconomic Analyst
Trade Ideas Department
We consider candidates from Kazakhstan, CIS and other countries (work experience over 5 years)
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of macroeconomic analysis and reviews (Global Market) and Kazakhstan
- Participation in preparation of quarterly, annual strategies for equity and bond markets
- Analysis of individual sectors of the economy
- Analysis of individual economic policies (fiscal, monetary, tax, pension, social, development programs, etc.)
- Financial modeling, analysis and forecasting of financial markets, macroeconomic and financial statistics
- Expert comments on economic and political changes
- Public speeches, videos in social networks and interviews on economic issues, publications in mass media
Requirements:
- Work experience over 5 years
- Expertise in macroeconomic analysis (Global Market), securities market
- preferably publications in mass media, interviews
- MBA, PhD/ PhD in Economics/Doctor of Mathematics, Economics preferred
- Education (International Finance/Banking/ World Economics/Mathematical Methods of Analysis in Economics/Macroeconomics/Global Finance)
- preferably CFA certificate (CFA charterhoders)
- Experience in financial modeling, analysis and forecasting of financial markets, macroeconomic and financial statistics
- Active leadership and results-oriented attitude
- English level(Upper-Intermediate), fluent Russian language
- Desirable work experience or research experience in analyzing the world economy, individual industries
