Halyk Finance JSC announces that it has received a banking licence dated December 31, 2021 No. 4.3.15., which gives the right to carry out exchange operations with foreign currency, with the exception of exchange operations with foreign currency in cash. The licence was issued in accordance with the order of the Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market dated December 30, 2021 No. 427.
This licence will allow to expand the range of services provided by Halyk Finance to the clients, including the services through the Halyk Invest mobile application and the Halyk Trade Pro trading platform. Currently the company is working on technological solutions that would allow currency exchange directly in the application, as well as to simplify the process of converting funds for transactions on the securities market.
Today over 50,000 Halyk Finance retail customers use the Halyk Invest app. By the end of 2021 more than half of individuals' trading accounts in the Central Securities Depository were opened by Halyk Finance clients.
