Earlier this year, Halyk Finance, also for the 9th record year in a row, has merited “EMEA Finance Achievement Awards” in 2 distinguished categories:

1. “Best Privatization Deal” for the dual-listed IPO of JSC “National Atomic Company “Kazatomprom” on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and the Astana International Exchange (AIX) under the national privatization program. Offering of U.S.$-denominated global depositary receipts (GDRs) on the LSE as well as of GDRs and of KZT-denominated ordinary shares on the AIX in November 2018 resulted in a successful placement amounted to a total of $451.3MM, in which Halyk Finance acted as the Joint Bookrunner and Arranger of local offering.
2.  “Best CHF Bond” for JSC National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy’s 5-year CHF 170MM Eurobond issue placed in December 2018, in which Halyk Finance had acted as the Joint Lead Manager and Bookrunner.
