Notice on the Entry into Force of Amendment No. 1 to the Rules of Interval Unit Investment Funds

Dear Clients,

Halyk Finance JSC hereby informs you that as of October 5, 2026, Amendment No. 1 to the Rules of the Interval Unit Investment Funds (hereinafter referred to as “Amendment No. 1”) has entered into force.

As part of these amendments, a technical split of the units of the following funds has been carried out:

IUIF “Bond$” (formerly “Halyk-Valyutnyi”)

In accordance with Amendment No. 1, the method for calculating the unit value has been revised and a technical unit split at a ratio of 1:1,000 has been carried out:

• Nominal value per unit: changed from USD 1,000 to USD 1.
• Number of units in clients’ accounts: automatically increased 1,000-fold. One unit with a nominal value of USD 1,000 before the split corresponds to 1,000 units with a nominal value of USD 1 each after the split.
• Total value of investors’ assets: remained unchanged as a result of the split.

IUIF “Global Stocks” (formerly “Halyk-Perspective Investments”)

In accordance with Amendment No. 1, the method for calculating the unit value has been revised and a technical unit split at a ratio of 1:100 has been carried out:

• Nominal value per unit: changed from USD 100 to USD 1.
• Number of units in clients’ accounts: automatically increased 100-fold. One unit with a nominal value of USD 100 before the split corresponds to 100 units with a nominal value of USD 1 each after the split.
• Total value of investors’ assets: remained unchanged as a result of the split.

IUIF “Bolashaq – Stocks of the Future” (formerly “Halyk-Global”)

In accordance with Amendment No. 1, the method for calculating the unit value has been revised and a technical unit split at a ratio of 1:10 has been carried out:

• Nominal value per unit:  changed from USD 10 to USD 1.
• Number of units in clients’ accounts: automatically increased 10-fold. One unit with a nominal value of USD 10 before the split corresponds to 10 units with a nominal value of USD 1 each after the split.
• Total value of investors’ assets: remained unchanged as a result of the split.
