On maintaining the size of the commission fee for managing pension assets

By this, JSC "Subsidiary Organization of the National Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" (hereinafter referred to as Halyk Finance), in execution of Clause 17 of Chapter 4 of the Standard Form Trust Management Agreement for Pension Assets, notifies you that on September 25, 2026, the Board of Directors of JSC "Halyk Finance" resolved to maintain the commission fee for trust management of pension assets at 5.0% of the investment income for the period from November 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 inclusive.
