About the holding of a general meeting of shareholders of Solidcore Resources plc

Dear clients! 

We hereby inform you of the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders of Solidcore Resources plc (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), which will be held on September 30, 2026, at 11:00 (Astana time) in both in-person and online formats at the following address: 60/1 Syganak Street, Sheraton Astana Hotel, Baiterek Hall, Astana (hereinafter referred to as the "Meeting").

Agenda: 

1. On the return of capital to shareholders in the amount of up to USD 1,200,000,000 by repurchasing up to 102,915,952 ordinary shares at a price of USD 11.66 per share through a public tender offer (Tender Offer).

Voting on the agenda items will be conducted:

• Online via the registrar's portal (https://investor-registrar.aix.kz/) — until and including September 28, 2026. On the portal, follow the path: Menu – Meeting – event code CAC000002961.
• In person at the Meeting or through a proxy — September 30, 2026, at 11:00 (Astana time). To appoint a proxy, please complete the Form of Proxy.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the Meeting is based on the register as of September 18, 2026 (Astana time).
