Halyk Finance mobile app now features tools that have undergone Shariah screening.

Halyk Finance has expanded the functionality of its mobile application, adding a special section for investing in financial instruments that comply with Sharia principles.  

Now, securities that comply with Sharia principles are collected in a separate section of the application and marked with a special label. This allows investors to quickly find suitable instruments and build a portfolio in accordance with the principles of Islamic finance. Screening is conducted according to international AAOIFI standards. The screening service is provided by Halyk Finance’s partner – Ailat fintech company.

Ailat is a licensed fintech company and developer of Sharia screening technology. The service conducts a comprehensive assessment of securities for compliance with international standards of the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), including an analysis of issuers' activities and their financial indicators.

As a result, Halyk Finance clients now have access to over 1,000 financial instruments that have passed verification and comply with all principles of Islamic finance.
