Renaming and Unit Split of the Balance (50-50) Fund

On September 21, 2026, Amendment No. 1 to the Rules of the Halyk-Balanced Interval Unit Investment Fund officially came into effect.

The Fund is now displayed under its new name in trading systems and fund reporting:

• Halyk – Balanced Interval Unit Investment Fund has been renamed Balance (50/50) Interval Unit Investment Fund.

In accordance with Amendment No. 1 to the Rules of the Halyk-Balanced Interval Unit Investment Fund, the unit calculation method was changed and a technical 1-for-100 unit split was carried out:

• Unit nominal value: reduced from USD 100 to USD 1.
• Number of units in client accounts: automatically increased 100-fold (one existing unit with a nominal value of $100 was replaced by 100 new units with a nominal value of $1 each).
• Total portfolio value: the aggregate value of investors’ assets remained unchanged.
