Halyk Finance, JSC, a subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan, hereby informs that on September 03, 2026, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market registered Amendment No. 1 to the Rules of the following interval mutual investment funds:

Key changes concern:

Changes to fund names;
Rescheduling of standard unit redemption dates (for "Bolashaq – Akcii budushego" IMIF);
Changes to the procedure for calculating the redemption price and the flexible discount rate (up to 1%);
Updates to the investment declaration and investment limits;
Changes to the par value of a unit.

Effective Date:

Amendment No. 1 shall enter into force upon the expiration of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice on the corporate website of Halyk Finance JSC.

The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market has performed state registration of the issue of units of "Obligacii v $" IMIF, "Globalnye akcii" IMIF, and "Bolashaq – Akcii budushego" IMIF, and due to the change in fund names, replaced the certificates of state registration of unit issues.
