On the state registration of Amendment No. 1 to the Rules of the mutual investment fund "Balans (50/50)" and the mutual investment fund "KZ - Bonds"

JSC "Subsidiary of the People's Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" informs that on August 12 and 13, 2026, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation and Development of the Financial Market registered Amendment No. 1 to the Rules of the following interval mutual investment funds:

• MIF "Balance (50/50)" (previously — MIF «Halyk – Balanced»)
• MIF "KZ – Bonds" (previously — MIF «Halyk - Tenge»)

The key changes relate to:

• Changes in the names of the funds;
• Transfer of the regulatory redemption dates (for MIF "Balance (50/50)");
• Changes in the procedure for calculating the redemption price and the flexible size of the applied discount (up to 1%);
• Updating the investment declaration and investment limits;
• Changes in the nominal value of the unit (for MIF "Balance (50/50)").

Effective date:

• Amendment No. 1 shall enter into force after 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of placement of this notice on the corporate website of JSC "Halyk Finance".

The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has registered the issue of units of MIF "Balance (50/50)" and MIF "KZ – Bonds", and, due to the change in the names of the funds, the replacement of certificates of state registration of the unit issue has been carried out.
