On the state registration of Amendment No. 1 to the Rules of the mutual investment fund "Balans (50/50)" and the mutual investment fund "KZ - Bonds"

Halyk Finance JSC, a subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan, hereby announces that on August 12 and 13, 2026, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market registered Amendment No. 1 to the Rules of the following interval mutual funds:
- “Balance (50/50)” Interval Mutual Fund (formerly “Halyk – Balanced” Interval Mutual Fund)
- “KZ – Bonds” Interval Mutual Fund (formerly “Halyk – Tenge” Interval Mutual Fund)
The key changes concern:
- Changes to the funds' names;
- Postponement of scheduled share redemption dates (specifically for the “Balance (50/50)” interval mutual fund);
- Changes to the procedure for calculating the redemption price and the flexible discount rate (up to 1%);
- Updates to the investment declaration and investment limits;
- Changes to the par value of a unit (for the “Balance (50/50)” Interval Mutual Fund).
Effective Date:
- Amendment No. 1 shall take effect 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date of publication of this notice on the corporate website of Halyk Finance JSC.
The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has completed the state registration of the share issuance for the “Balance (50/50)” Interval Mutual Fund and the “KZ - Bonds” Interval Mutual Fund. Due to the changes in the funds’ names, the Agency has replaced their certificates of state registration of share issuance.
