Halyk Finance announces a vacancy for the position of Senior IT Auditor of the Internal Audit Department.

Responsibilities

development of an audit program, questionnaires on IT audit issues;
conducting an analysis of the compliance of IT processes with the tasks and requirements of the Company;
evaluation of the processes of development and implementation of information systems, support and technical support processes;
audit of information security systems with increased reliability and security of IT systems;
analysis of the optimization of costs for the operation of IT systems, including in terms of reducing the risks of IT projects and improving the performance of IT systems;
evaluation of the effectiveness of IT controls;
assessment of risks in the field of information technology and information security and assistance in investigating cases of fraud;
monitoring the implementation of recommendations based on the results of external audits and internal audits;
monitoring the completeness and timeliness of the implementation of tasks set to meet regulatory requirements in the field of IT and IS.
preparation of reports, recommendations and coordination of the action plan;
provision of consulting support in order to improve operational efficiency and improve the activities of the Company;
participation in the implementation of automated internal audit methods and optimization of audit procedures, development of methodology and reporting of the IAD;
development of internal regulatory documentation in the field of IT audit;

Requirements

Higher technical education (in the field of information technology and/or information security)
Certificates in the field of IT services or information security (CobiT, ITIL, ISO27001) (desirable)
At least 2 (two) years in one of the following areas: in the field of providing or regulating financial services in the field of IT audit, in the field of IT, in the field of consulting IT services or information security
Availability of CISA, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT certificates (desirable)
have knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international standards in the field of IT, audit and information security;
have knowledge of programming languages and algorithms for their construction, knowledge of basic PL/SQL
have knowledge of the principles of database construction, network and telecommunications infrastructure;
have knowledge of the main areas of the securities market and financial activities;
have basic knowledge of risk management systems, internal control and corporate governance.
proficient in Russian, Kazakh and English (desirable).
