Halyk Finance Analytics Center invites a Senior Analyst (Macroeconomics) to join our team. We are looking for a specialist who can work with data, draw deep conclusions, and participate in the preparation of analytics and forecasting for the industries of Kazakhstan.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyzing the macroeconomics of Kazakhstan
- Analyzing industries and various markets of Kazakhstan
- Forecasting economic changes and risks
- Preparing analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations
- Participating in the development of forecasting models and regular macroeconomic reviews
- Initiating and implementing own analytical research
Requirements
- Higher education in economics or mathematics
- Work experience: 3-5 years in analytical or research work in economics
- Language skills: fluent Kazakh, English at least at Intermediate level
- Proficiency in special programs: Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

- Ability to collect, structure, and analyze economic information from various sources
- Skills in preparing structured, informative analytical reports
- High analytical skills and attention to detail
- High level of responsibility and independence
- Forming own analytical vision; initiating research
