Your main tasks:

Advising retail clients on brokerage services, stock market operations, and selling the Company’s products;
General analysis of the current market situation for use in client communications;
Achieving sales targets for client asset growth and commission income;
Monitoring the execution of client orders;
Assisting clients with order/transaction processing and ensuring efficient document flow with other departments regarding client operations;
Preparing necessary documentation and facilitating securities transactions.

We are interested in candidates with:

At least 3 years of experience in the securities market or related fields (e.g., custodial banking);
Higher education (Economics/Finance/Management);
Knowledge of the stock market’s basic operations and Kazakhstan’s securities market regulations;
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Bloomberg;
Fluent oral and written communication in Russian, English, and Kazakh.
