Main Manager of the Brokerage and Dealer Activity Accounting Department of the Back Office and Reporting Department
Your main responsibilities:
- monitoring the timely and proper execution of operations on client accounts that result in balance changes (money deposits/withdrawals, currency conversion, internal money transfers, etc.) under brokerage services;
- authorizing and facilitating payment orders and other documents to the central depository, custodian, and other interacting organizations to transfer funds;
- calculating and deducting brokerage service fees and reimbursable expenses from client accounts;
- interacting with other divisions to effectively perform assigned functions;
- monitoring client account balances;
- preparing regulatory and management reports;
- developing business requirements for automating functions, processes, and procedures related to brokerage activity accounting;
We are interested in candidates with:
- a higher economic, financial, technical, or mathematical education;
- at least 3 years of experience in the securities market;
- knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the securities market, currency legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding currency control, regulatory legal acts of the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA) regarding currency regulation and provision of information to AFSA and KASE;
- knowledge of specialized software such as ARM "Depositor", ARM "Bank-Client", E-transfer, ASTS+, Online Bank;
- advanced Excel skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
